In the new GIRLZ MIX class, we'll do just that - mix it up! Designed with girls (age 10-14 years old ) in mind who want to explore different options for getting fit. We will introduce a new fitness technique each class while regularly incorporating stretching,
weights and brief lessons on nutrition. Low impact aerobics, yoga/pilates, jogging, and fitness machines will all be explored. Registration required. Tuesdays and Thursdays for six weeks. No Class Sept. 23.
