Geneva Boys and Girls Track Teams Beat Batavia
Ah, it's always good when Geneva beats Batavia, but especially nice when both boys and girls enjoy the win.

Geneva's boys’ track team added to its successful season on Tuesday with a 74-68 win over Batavia in a dual meet. Vikings took the top spot in each of the following events:
- 400m relay - 48.12
- 110m high hurdles – Ryan Ahern, 14.7
- 100m – Jacob Stocker, 11:35
- 800m relay – 1:36.94
- 400m – Ryan Ahern, 53.59
- 1600m –Connor Bartel, 4:42.26
- 1600m relay – 38.69
- Long jump – Ben Rogers, 21’7 1/4"
- Triple jump – Ben Rogers, 40’5”
Girls’ Track Breezes by Batavia
Girls’ track turned in a decisive performance on Tuesday, defeating Batavia in a dual meet 105-41. Viking winners were as follows:
