Geneva City Offices To Close To The Public Friday

Geneva's city offices will be closed to the public starting Friday due to the state's transition to Tier 3 mitigation.

GENEVA, IL – Geneva's city offices will be closed to the public starting Friday due to the state's transition to Tier 3 mitigation as coronavirus cases continue to rise.

Geneva residents are encouraged to utilize the city's services online. Utility bills can be paid online, over the phone or deposited in drop boxes located at City Hall, the Finance Department and both fire stations.

Non-emergency situations can be submitted online by clicking on the “Report A Concern” button on the city's website.

The front lobby of the Geneva Police Department will remain open. All visitors are required to wear a face covering and complete a screening questionnaire.
