Geneva Park District Announces Opening Dates for Pools, Moore Park Sprayground
Sunset Pool will open on May 27 and Mill Creek Pool and the Moore Park Sprayground will open on June 3.

GENEVA, IL - Three local attractions aimed at keeping you and your kids cool while having fun during the summer months will be opening in the coming weeks. Sunset Pool will open on May 27 while Mill Creek Pool and the Moore Park Sprayground will open on June 3, according to the Geneva Park District website. The sprayground is free and daily and season passes are available for purchase to use at Geneva's pools.
Sunset Pool will officially open at 12 p.m. on May 27 for the summer season. The pool at 710 Western Avenue includes an aquatic playground, climbing walls, water cannons, tube slide, body slides, drop slides, toddler play area, zero-depth area, and eight lap lanes.
Hours of operation are 12 to 8 p.m. daily. More information on Sunset Pool is available here.

Mill Creek Pool, at 39W125 S. Mill Creek Drive, opens for the summer season at 12 p.m. on June 3. The pool has a five-lane flat-water pool that is "perfect for all ages." A second zero depth play pool has water mushroom and spray bubblers. Mill Creek Pool also includes amenities such as a playground area, concessions, hospitality room, locker rooms and more.

The Moore Park Sprayground, a popular splash pad located at Moore Park, 877 Geneva Drive, is full of interactive fountains, water cannons, water arches, and bubblers. The sprayground will turn on for the season at 10 a.m. on June 3 and will remain open through Sept. 4. Hours of operation are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday through Thursday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday through Sunday.
