Here's the Video of Geneva Girls' Buzzer-Beater Win in Springfield

Congratulations to Coach Sarah Meadows and her Geneva girls basketball team, who are off to an incredible start in the 2011-12 season.

As of Dec. 5, the Vikings were ranked eighth in Colleen Kane's Tribune Top 20 rankings, and if I'm counting right (which sometimes is a problem), they're 10-0 so far this season.

Maybe the came Saturday in Springfield, when the Vikings beat Southeast on a buzzer beater 64-62. (Although the Nov. 26 win against three-time Class 3A champ Montini was a pretty darned big deal.)
