Jocelyn Kohlmeyer starting as libero for WA sophomore team

Jocelyn Kohlmeyer, a 2012 Faith Christian Academy graduate, has found her niche on Wheaton Academy's sophomore girls volleyball team as the starting libero. She also plays as an alternate on the JV team.

Jocelyn is in her second season with WA's sophomore squad. As a freshman she moved up to play at setter before being transitioned this fall to libero to take advantage of her quickness, agility and eagerness to throw her body to the floor in pursuit of spikes, tips and difficult serves.

After the WA season ends, Jocelyn will play travel club volleyball for Fusion South in Batavia. Jocelyn played volleyball for four years at FCA, helping the Falcons to a school-record 35 wins in eighth grade as a well-rounded setter, passer and spiker. She also participated in cheerleading, band, the musical and other activities at Faith. Congratulations to Jocelyn on her continued achievements post-FCA!
