• Kane County recycling center on Fabyan to close for about a month (tricitiescentral.com) — Geneva residents who use the Kane County recycling center on East Fabyan Parkway should plan ahead, as the site will close for about a month starting Monday, Oct. 19 for paving and other improvements. The county suggests using alternative recycling locations in the Tri-Cities and may add pop-up options while work such as surface removal, regrading, and new surface pouring is completed.
