Yesterday, NAR posted their Pending Home Sales Index for August. This indicator pointed to a 1.6% drop in pending homes sales nationally.
Not to fear, as this chart shows, we're still well above historically healthy levels. Now is indeed a great time to buy or sell a home in the Fox Valley!
