Victim Slapped By Ex-Boyfriend's New Girlfriend at Skate Park

Ex-Boyfriend Skates?
According to a report filed at 2 p.m. Nov. 2, the victim told police she was slapped in the face by her ex-boyfriend’s new girlfriend at the Batavia Skate Park, 411 S. River St. The offender was contacted and did admit to striking the victim, but no complaints were signed and both parties agreed to refrain from further contact.

Battery, But No Charges
Batavia police reported a battery at 1:05 p.m. Oct. 31 in the 900 block of Douglas Road, although no charges were filed.
“A couple months ago words were exchanged” between two men after one of them reportedly punched the victim’s car, according to the synopsis.

On Oct. 24, the victim went into a business and a “confrontation ensued where the subject offender grabbed the victim by the shirt and pushed him backward.”
The victim showed police a video of the attack, but no charges were filed.
