Home Maintenance, ( ROTTEN WOOD)  Now is a good time to repair rotten of broken wood.There is a number of products you can use in all the hardware stores.I  use car bondo for big repairs the size of a golf ball or bigger.There is lots of Elmers products for smaller repairs.Check windows and doors throughly  around the base of doors and on window sills.Clean off old and chipping paint, sand apply patch sand again prime and paint. Caulk as needed.You should do this before the end of October because of weather conditions .Good luck Thanks Jeff.
