LOMBARD, IL — A Warrenville man has been accused of firing six shots into the bedroom window of a Lombard home. Brian Redmond, 31, of the 28000 block of Ferry Road, was charged with one count of aggravated discharge of a firearm in connection with the Dec. 2 incident.

Police were called to North Joyce Road Friday for a reported domestic disturbance. The people in the home told officers that Redmond came to the home earlier and they asked him to leave. Redmond is accused of telling one person inside the home, "You know I'll kill ya, right?" and telling another person in the home, "Watch what I do; you know I’ll shoot you, right?" before leaving the scene.

According to prosecutors, Redmond came back to the home just before 7 p.m. and fired six gunshots into the home via a bedroom window on the upper level. Redmond was taken into custody early Dec. 3 from his home on Ferry Road.
