Advance Your Career Oct. 17 at College of DuPage Choose Business

Explore educational options, internships, college transfer and business career paths at College of DuPage’s free “Choose Business” conference, internship and transfer expo from

9 a.m. to 7p.m. Thursday, Oct. 17, in the Student Resource Center, Room 2000, on the College’s Glen Ellyn campus, 425 Fawell Blvd.

The fair will include business professionals from a variety of disciplines sharing information about career options and the skills needed for success. Attendees will have the opportunity to network with local employers who are looking to fill internships. Representatives from baccalaureate-granting institutions also will be on hand to provide information about the transfer process and available options.

Concurrent to the “Choose Business” event, the College is hosting a free Adult Learner Transition Fair from 4 to 7 p.m. in the Student Services Center Atrium. During the fair, attendees will learn about services aimed at adult learners and College of DuPage programs, including the College’s 3+1 bachelor’s degree programs. Attendees will also have the opportunity to meet representatives from more than 25 area colleges and universities specializing in programs and services for adult learners.
