Celebrate Native American Culture March 9 at College of DuPage

Explore Native American traditions as told through dance, song and drumming at the Native American Celebration of Culture from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Monday, March 9, in the Student Resource Center, Room 2000 at the College of DuPage Glen Ellyn campus, 425 Fawell Blvd.

The event is free and open to the public.

Sponsored by the College’s Native American Studies Committee, the celebration will feature members of the Midwest SOARRING (Save Our Ancestors Remains & Resources Indigenous Network Group) Foundation, a group that assists tribes and educates the public on American Indian cultural and environmental issues.
