Weekend Events: Halloween Bar Crawl and Parade

There are many activities this weekend that will keep the ghouls and goblins busy roaming the streets of Glen Ellyn. 

Kids can show off their costumes during the annual parade, which kicks off at 10 a.m. on Saturday near the  Following the parade, led by Marching Band, children can trick-or-treat throughout the central business district from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. 

After the kid-friendly festivities, parents and adults are invited to attend the "Walk Amongst the Dead, PubZ n GrubZ Zombie Crawl."

The zombie look alikes will take over downtown during a restaurant and bar crawl. Beginning at 4 p.m. businesses will offer Halloween and zombie themed specials on drinks and food. Dress your best because at 6:30 p.m. organizers will reward the best costume with a $50 gift certificate. To register for Saturday evening's zombie event, click here.
