Christmas Season Tea of Appreciation at Windsor Park

Windsor Park’s Library Committee hosted a Christmas Season Tea of Appreciation at the home of Library Coordinator Lillian Smith to thank volunteers for the countless number of hours they’ve spent maintaining a library collection of more than 14,000.
