COD Police Department Offers Free Virtual Course in Crisis Intervention

Learn best practices for crisis intervention through a virtual course offered Dec. 6 by the College of DuPage Police Department.

“Crisis Intervention: What YOU Need to Know” is presented from 1 to 2 p.m. Monday, Dec. 6, via Zoom. Registration is required.

Officer Derek Jensen will equip participants with tips to identify someone in crisis. The session also provides action steps to take when encountering someone in a crisis in a variety of settings.
