Glen Ellyn's Newest event, Cruising On Roosevelt, boasts a free fun family day for all, featuring the Chicago Corvette Club, a Community Car Show, children’s activities including Touch-a-Truck with Glen Ellyn’s Public Works and Public Safety vehicles, and an entertaining trolley ride to learn about Roosevelt Road’s history and businesses both new and old. In addition, a dunk tank with staff from D41 and D89 will be making a splash to support Supplies 4 Success, a local non-profit helping Glen Ellyn School children succeed with the tools they need for the new school year.
Paw Patrol characters, Chase and Marshall will be on hand from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. to meet with kids and snap photos. There will be bounce houses, face painting, exercise demonstrations from local fitness clubs and a DJ!

“This event was created to introduce and showcase the many Roosevelt Road restaurants, retail and businesses”, says Dawn Smith, Executive Director of the Glen Ellyn Chamber of Commerce.
