District 41 Superintendent Search: First Round Interviews Begin

The school board plans to begin its final round of interviews next week.

GLEN ELLYN, IL — District 41 has scheduled three special board meetings as it moves forward with its search for a new superintendent to replace Dr. Paul Gordon. In January, board members voted not to renew Gordon's contract and began moving forward with steps to choose a new superintendent. District officials will review applications on March 7 and interview the first round of candidates on March 8 and 9.

In a news release, District 41 said applications will be reviewed on March 7 at 7 p.m. The first round of candidates will be interviewed starting at 5 p.m. on March 8 and at 8:30 a.m. on March 9.

The final round of interviews for District 41 superintendent is tentatively scheduled to start on March 11. Patch will keep you updated with new developments as they become available.
