Ex-DuPage Co. Probation Officer Pleads Guilty To Sex Misconduct
Police say the Naperville man solicited oral sex from a woman he was monitoring while she was on probation.
LOMBARD, IL -- A former DuPage County probation officer has pleaded guilty to sexual misconduct towards a female he was monitoring while she was on probation. Christian Nunez, 33, of Naperville, pleaded guilty Thursday to felony counts of official misconduct and custodial sexual misconduct, according to a press release from DuPage County State's Attorney's Office.
According to authorities, Nunez began monitoring the woman when her probation began in 2017. He reportedly used his personal cellphone to contact the woman and send her nude images of himself. Nunez was also accused of asking the woman to send nude images and videos of herself.
Prosecutors say that on March 11, 2018, Nunez reportedly went to the woman's residence and solicited oral sex from her. After the incident, the woman called the Lombard Police Department to report Nunez.
