Wednesday, April 24,bat the Reliquarian spring luncheon, the Glen Ellyn Historical Society
accepted a $1500 check from the members to aid in the repair of the
Glen Ellyn History Center. The Reliquarian members meet in the
GE History Center monthly for their meetings. Luckily the 2018
- 2019 club year is completed and they hope to be back in the History
Center by September of 2019 for their first meeting of 2019-2020.
This organization was founded 40 years ago for the purpose of
learning about antiques, historical residences, historical events in
DuPage County and the history of DuPage County communities.
They work closely with the GEHS on events and special activities.
Left to right are Suzanne Carty, GEHS President, Sandy
Schuchardt, Reliquarian Treasurer and Karen Hall, Executive
Director of the GEHS. For information about the progress on the
repair of the GE History Center go to the website at www.gehs.org.
