Glen Ellyn Fashion Show Raises $2K For Charity

GLEN ELLYN, IL — The Glen Ellyn Chamber of Commerce recently held its Winter Showcase Fashion Show and donated the profits to a local YMCA. After the show, which was the chamber's 10th Annual Winter Showcase Fashion Show, officials donated $2,000 to the The Winter Showcase Fashion Show donated its profits to the B.R. Ryall YMCA.

Evelyn Rodriguez and Cheryl Shurtz, who co-chaired the fashion show, presented a donation check to B.R. Ryall YMCA CEO Rob Wilkinson and Senior Director of Development Katie Sivak on Jan. 21.

In a news release, chamber members said they chose the B.R. Ryall YMCA as beneficiary "in honor of the B.R. Ryall YMCA’s 100 years of service to the community."
