Glen Ellyn Woman's Club Celebrates 119 Years As An Active Organization

October 7, the Glen Ellyn Woman’s club honored past presidents and their current president with a rose ceremony. The Woman’s Club has been an active organization in the Village of Glen Ellyn for 119 years. They are a completely philanthropic organization and donate all money raised during a calendar year. Scholarships for Glenbard West and Glenbard South High Schools, contributions to social service organization in DuPage County, and donations to charitable organizations in Glen Ellyn are all part of the mission statement of the Woman’s Club. The next meeting is Tuesday, Nov. 4 at 1:00 PM at the Glen Ellyn Civic Center. Guests are welcome.
