Join Us for Holy Week Services at First Congregational Church of Glen Ellyn

First Congregational Church of Glen Ellyn welcomes you, your family and friends to our Holy Week services.

Join us on Palm Sunday, March 29, 9:00 & 10:30 am with a joyous palm processional in Family Worship. Maundy Thursday April 2, 7:00 pm offers the traditional service of Tenebrae (meaning “shadows” or “darkness”) with scriptural readings, extinguishing of candles and reflective music by our choir. Return on Good Friday, April 3, at noon for a brief service mourning Jesus’ final hours, then finish your week celebrating on Easter Sunday, April 5th at 9:00 and 10:30 am, with glorious music featuring a six piece orchestra.
