Judge Acquits Man Who Stabbed Victim 10 Times In Road Rage Attack
A judge ruled that Lloyd Rose was acting in self-defense when he stabbed a Naperville man after a road rage incident.

LISLE, IL --- A Lisle man has been found not guilty on charges that he stabbed a Naperville man 10 times and punctured his lung during a road rage incident in 2017. Lloyd M. Rose, 29, of the 1000 block of Division Street was acquitted by DuPage County Judge Liam Brennan Thursday, according to Daily Herald.
Brennan ruled that Rose had acted in self-defense when he stabbed Matthew Frasier, 29, near Route 53 and Ogden Avenue. The men had reportedly pulled over and Frasier came up to Rose's car window and began punching him, according to authorities.
Rose allegedly stabbed Frasier with a 2.5-inch knife during the altercation. Rose turned himself in to police and was charged with three felony counts.

Frasier was rushed to Good Samaritan Hospital, where he was treated for the stab wounds and a punctured lung. According to Daily Herald, hospital officials said Frasier's BAC was nearly twice the legal limit when he arrived.
