Police Log: Recent Arrests in Glen Ellyn

Glen Ellyn Police reported the following recent activity, including Public Intoxication and burglary.

The following actions were reported by the Glen Ellyn Police Department:

  • At 12:16 p.m. on Aug. 22, a Glen Ellyn resident reported residential burglary at the 800 block of Glenbard. An unknown individual forced entry into the home and caused damage to two doors, police said. At the time the report was taken, nothing appeared to be missing from the home.
  • At around 4:30 p.m. on Aug. 22, Glen Ellyn Police received a retail theft report from the Walgreen's at 324 Roosevelt. The complainant reported that five, 1.75 ML bottles of Jack Daniel Whiskey was stolen from the store, police said. The offender is a white male, approximately 6'00, and was wearing a white t-shirt at the time of the theft, police said.
  • Glen Ellyn received a theft report at the 395 Roosevelt Enterprise. Some time between Aug. 22 and Aug. 23, a stolen front license plate, a rear license plate, and a sticker was stolen from a parked vehicle, police said.
  • On Aug. 27 at 9:29 a.m., a St. Charles male was arrested for Public Intoxication. Andrew Yedor, 25, was arrested, police said.
