Shipshewana Quilt Festival & Flea Market

Check out the 200-piece Quilt Show, the Flea Market, buggy rides and the Blue Gate Restaurant in this quaint Indiana town.

Here’s a chance to enjoy the slow pace and simple pleasures of life in Shipshewana, Indiana. This trip, presented by the Glen Ellyn Park District in cooperation with the Elmhurst Park District, will take travelers to this quaint town where adventurers will find the Quilt Festival, the Flea Market and a downtown area that features charming shops, buggy rides and the popular Blue Gate Restaurant and Bakery.

The fee for this June 21 trip includes transportation only and is $49 for residents and $54 for nonresidents.

Transportation by bus will be provided at each location in Shipshewana. The bus leaves at 8:30 a.m. from The Abbey, 407 W. St. Charles Road, Elmhurst and returns there at 7 p.m.
