Shredding Event Held Saturday in Glen Ellyn

Do you have documents that need to be shredded? The Annual Community Shredding Event will be held Saturday.

Submitted by the village of Glen Ellyn

The Glen Ellyn Police Department and the Glen Ellyn Chamber of Commerce are pleased to co-sponsor the Annual Community Shredding Event on Saturday, October 17 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the Crescent/Glenwood parking lot at Prospect Avenue and Crescent Boulevard.

Safeguard your information by shredding documents instead of casually throwing them into the trash.

This Community Shredding Event provides an opportunity to safely dispose of outdated financial reports, credit card statements and other documents. Simply drive up and watch as all of the documents are shredded on-site. The service is free; but includes a limit of three banker size boxes per household and no businesses are allowed.
