Saturday, June 1 between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM, the grounds of Historic Stacy's
Corners were crowded with antique autos and crowds excited to see
these beautiful cars. Over 275 people toured the display, attended
the informative auto seminars, bought bakery goods from the famous
GEHS Bake Sale, enjoyed hot dogs from the vendor on site, and kids
got to enjoy crayon crafts in the barely functioning GE History
Center. The center will be open for programs and meetings by the end
of August if all goes according to schedule. This event was an
outdoor experience and was blessed with a beautiful sunny day. Call 630-469-1867 for information about the GEHS or check the website at www.glenellynhistory.org
