I maintain a professional standard of conduct, clear boundaries, and a strong commitment to safety. I am fully insured, operate independently, and do not charge agency fees, allowing families to receive high‑quality care without unnecessary costs or complications. I am a certified/DHS level 2 Behavior Therapist and I am looking for some weekend work. I worked direct care for 11 years. I then became a "QIDP" (Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional).
