- Jonathan Nieder, 25, of the 800 block of Hamlin Avenue, Park Ridge, is accused of driving under the influence of drugs, speeding, expired registration, and was arrested at 2:47 p.m. March 4 the 9400 block of Harlem Avenue. He was released after posting $1,000 bond and was assigned a court date of April 1.
- Jordan Taylor, 25, of Fort Mill, South Carolina, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, driving without headlights, improper lane usage, and was arrested at 9:20 p.m. March 4, in the 1700 block of East Lake Avenue. He was released after posting $3,000 bond and was assigned a court date of March 29.
HARASSMENT BY ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION
David Impey, 59, of the 600 block of Carriage Hill Drive, Glenview, is accused of harassment by electronic communication, and was arrested at 8:05 a.m. March 3, at the police station. The arrest came after an investigation into an incident that occurred on Feb. 17. He was held for a hearing.

Between March 1 and March 2, Glenview police took 11 reports of residents receiving small plastic bags containing antisemitic literature left on their driveways. RELATED: Britton Receives Antisemitic Letters Regarding War In Ukraine
THEFT OF MOTOR VEHICLE PARTS
- A Chicago resident reported that between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. Feb. 28, the catalytic converter was stolen from their vehicle while it was parked in a parking lot in the 2800 block of Patriot Boulevard.
- A Tulsa, Oklahoma resident reported at 1:50 p.m. March 5, they parked their rental vehicle in a parking lot in the 1400 block of Milwaukee Avenue. When they returned to the vehicle, they discovered the catalytic converter was missing.
- A Glenview resident called police to report that between 5 p.m. March 4 and 11:30 a.m. March 5, the catalytic converter was stolen from their vehicle while it was parked in a parking lot of the 1000 block of Castilian Court.
- A Glenview resident reported that between March 3 and March 6, someone stole the catalytic converter from their vehicle while it was parked in a parking garage in the 2500 block of Waterview Drive.
NO VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
- A Denver, Colorado resident was cited at 4:23 p.m. March 1, for no valid driver’s license, failure to wear a seat belt, following a traffic stop in the 600 block of Milwaukee Avenue. They were released on an I-bond with a court date set for April 1.
- A Chicago resident was cited at 7:15 a.m. March 2, for no valid driver’s license, speeding, following a traffic stop in the 300 block of Harlem Avenue. They were released on an I-bond.
- A Chicago resident was cited at 9:01 a.m. March 2, for no valid driver’s license, speeding, failure to wear a seatbelt, following a traffic stop in the 500 block of Milwaukee Avenue. They were released on an I-bond with a court date set for April 1.
SUSPENDED DRIVER'S LICENSE
A Waukegan resident was cited at 8:35 p.m. March 1, for driving while license suspended, using a mobile phone while driving, following a traffic stop in the 2400 block of Sanders Road. They were released on an I-bond with a court date set for April 1.
BURGLARY TO VEHICLE
A business owner in the 4300 block of Di Paolo Center called police at 1:07 p.m. March 3, to report several vehicles in the secured parking lot appeared to have been burglarized while they sat parked in the lot.
BURGLARY ATTEMPT
A Glenview resident reported at 10:03 p.m. Feb. 3, a man, described as 5-foot-10, with braided hair and black clothing, attempting to open the rear sliding door to their residence. The man saw the homeowner and continued to attempt entry into the home. The suspect did not gain entry and eventually left the area on foot.
RETAIL THEFT
- A business owner in the 2900 block of Patriot Boulevard reported at 12:38 a.m. March 4, a man, described as 5-foot-10, 175 pounds, wearing a hat, black hooded sweatshirt and black pants, exited the store with seven pairs of Adidas joggers and 18 handles of Patron tequila without paying for the items.
- An employee of a business in the 2300 block of Capital Drive called police at 11:29 a.m. March 7, to report someone stole approximately $167.25 worth of various items.
SPEEDING
A Niles resident was cited at 9:15 p.m. March 6, for speeding 26 mph over the speed limit, following a traffic stop in the 9800 block of Milwaukee Avenue. They were released on an I-Bond with a court date set for March 29.
CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
- A business owner in the 3700 block of West Lake Avenue reported that between March 4 and March 7, someone damaged the windows, emergency exit signs, light bulbs and light fixtures within the building.
- An employee of a business in the 1800 block of Waukegan Road called police at 9:45 p.m. March 7, to report someone damaged the glass to the front of the building.
IDENTITY THEFT
A Glenview resident reported March 7 that last month, someone transferred $750 from their checking account into another unknown bank account.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY
A resident in the 1000 block of Bette Lane called police to report that between 10:30 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. March 7, someone kicked in the rear door to their residence and stole a fur coat. Surveillance footage showed a silver Jeep Grand Cherokee driving suspiciously through the neighborhood.
BURGLARY FROM MOTOR VEHICLE
A Glenview resident reported that during the overnight hours of March 8, someone smashed the rear driver’s side window of their vehicle and stole a gym bag while it was parked in the parking garage in the 2500 block of Waterview Drive.
