Glenview Man Gets Probation for False Bill of Lading
Gary Tsai admitted to sending machinery that could be used for weapons of mass destruction to Taiwan in plea agreement.

A Glenview man won’t serve any jail time for his role in a plot to supply machinery to North Korea for the possible manufacturing of weapons of mass destruction.
