• FBI Impersonation Scam, Stolen Vehicle Flees: Glenview Police Blotter (patch.com) — Glenview residents are being warned about recent police reports that include an FBI and Citibank impersonation scam, multiple identity thefts, and a high-value retail theft. Officers also handled a fleeing stolen vehicle near Patriot Boulevard and East Lake Avenue, several traffic arrests for invalid licenses or speeding, and local incidents ranging from commercial burglary to battery and theft at village businesses.
   

• New Downtown Glenview Mural Celebrates Village's River, Natural Spaces (patch.com) — Downtown Glenview now features a striking 85-by-15-foot mural, "Confluence, Life Along Glenview's West Fork," celebrating the village's river and natural spaces along Glenview Road. Created by lead artist Anne Farley Gaines with fellow muralists and community input, the project was backed by a Cook County arts grant and showcases Glenview Art League's role in local public art.
