Thief Steals Statue Out Of Biz Lobby: Glenview Police Blotter
The statue was taken from the lobby of the building, according to police.

Doris Nape-Jimenez, 21, of the 1100 block of Windbrooke Drive, Buffalo Grove, had an outstanding warrant out of DuPage County for an outstanding failure to appear in court charge, and was arrested at 4:52 p.m. Feb. 15, following the investigation of a separate police incident. She was released on bond.
RETAIL THEFT

Jasmine Keys, 33, of the 3500 block of Greenleaf Street, Park City, had a valid outstanding warrant out of Racine County, Wisconsin, for felony retail theft, and was arrested at 4:07 p.m. Feb. 13, following the investigation of an incident in the 2200 block of Willow Road. She was held for a bond hearing.

INCIDENTS
SUSPENDED/REVOKED DRIVER'S LICENSE
- A Skokie resident was cited at 9:50 p.m. Feb. 14, for driving while license suspended, no insurance, speeding, following a traffic stop in the 600 block of Milwaukee Avenue.
- An Evanston resident was cited at 12:55 a.m. Feb. 19, was stopped in the 9900 block of Milwaukee Avenue and issued citations for driving on a suspended license, improper use of registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
BURGLARY FROM VEHICLE
A resident in the 1600 block of Saratoga Lane called police at 8:05 a.m. Feb. 16, to report after leaving an overhead garage door open overnight, several personal items were stolen from inside a parked vehicle.
RETAIL THEFT
- An employee of a business in the 1900 block of Tower Drive reported a man had entered the store on several occasions, between Feb. 14 and Feb. 16, and stole golf clubs.
- An employee of a business in the 1200 block of Milwaukee Avenue called police at 4:28 p.m. Feb. 19, to report a customer stole a camera lens from the business.
TRESPASSING
An employee of a business in the 1200 block of Milwaukee Avenue called police at 3:39 p.m. Feb. 16, to report a rude and argumentative customer. Officers gave trespass notice to the customer at the request of employees.
BURGLARY
A Northbrook resident reported at 6:21 p.m. Feb. 17, someone removed the combination lock from a locker at a business in the 2200 block of Willow Road and removed cash from a wallet.
SPEEDING
- A Mount Prospect resident was cited at 8:28 p.m. Feb. 17, for speeding 26-34 mph over the speed limit following at traffic stop in the 2700 block of Sanders Road.
- A Wilmette resident was cited at 11 a.m. Feb. 18, for driving in excess of 26 mph over the posted speed limit in the 3000 block of Sanders Road.
- A resident was cited for speeding (26-34 mph over the speed limit) Feb. 19, and was cited following a traffic stop in the 3000 block of Sanders Road. He was released on bond.
- A resident was cited at 1:43 p.m. Feb. 20, for speeding (26-34 mph over the speed limit) following a traffic stop in the 3600 block of East Lake Avenue.
THEFT
An employee of a business in the 1700 block of Milwaukee Avenue reported at 11:33 a.m. Feb. 18, a small statue taken from the lobby of the business.
CRIMINAL DAMAGE
A company working in the 2700 block of Sanders Road reported at 6:22 a.m. Feb. 19, damage to two powered light plants.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY
A resident in the 1100 block of Bette Lane called police to report that between Feb. 12 and Feb. 19, someone broke the glass on the rear sliding glass door, entered the home, ransacked several bedrooms, and stole personal items.
