A long time Lake County resident, Joe will specialize in residential property sales in the Lake and Cook County areas.

Monie obtained a BS EE degree from the Missouri University of Science and Technology and has served in various positions with the Federal Communications Commission including Regional Director and most recently as Chief Engineer for the Enforcement Bureau. Joe holds an Amateur Radio License and a pilot’s license and is a certified Flight Instructor. He is a member of the Civil Air Patrol, the Silver Wings Fraternity, and the Academy of Electrical & Computer Engineers. Joe and his wife, Dianna, live in Grayslake and are members of St. Andrews Lutheran Church.
