Goddard School Open for Children of Essential Workers
Staff and Teachers are Heroes Working on the Front-Lines

The Goddard School located in Third Lake/Gurnee/Grayslake, has remained open as an Emergency Child-Care Center for children of Essential Workers during the Shelter-In-Place which was ordered by Governor Pritzker starting March 21st.
Governor Pritzker described the important role that Child Care Centers are providing at this time to support our Essential Workers, "We have essential workers and healthcare professionals who can't stay home with their kids because they are heroically going out to do their jobs, which are vital for public safety and to make sure other families can get the food and gas and pharmacy goods they may need. Our essential workforce deserves to know their kids are safe and cared for in a small and affordable group setting."
"Our team of teachers and staff are incredible and are essential workers themselves, and therefore heroes. They bring professionalism, commitment, compassion, energy. and courage to our school, our students, and our school families, every-day – with a smile," says School Owner David Raye.
