We will hold our first meeting of the new season on Monday, Sept. 28 at 7:00 pm at the State Bank of the Lakes, 50 Commerce Dr., Lower Level. Sign-in is at 6:30.
Our program will be ”Autumn in the Garden” and our speaker will be Master Gardener, Deborah Finch Murphy from the U of I Extension office.
The program will include dressing up and wrapping up your garden for Fall and setting the stage for winter. We will examine some plants, shrubs and trees which will create texture and interest from mid-autumn through winter. Deborah will also discuss creative ideas for designing focal interest areas for seasonal changes.
