Grayslake Man Sentenced in Fatal DUI Crash
The collision happened in March 2018 in Round Lake Park.
LAKE COUNTY, IL — A 28-year-old Grayslake man has been sentenced to 7 ½ years in prison for a 2018 drunken driving crash that killed Walter Bajorek. Steven A. Rosellini, 28, pleaded guilty to aggravated DUI resulting in death before Lake County Circuit Judge James Booras on Thursday, according to the Lake County News-Sun.
Bajorek, 65, of Round Lake Park died following the March 25, 2018 crash. The collision happened shortly after 9 p.m. on Hainesville Road near Maple Avenue.
Bajorek and his wife were southbound when their vehicle was hit by another southbound vehicle. A third vehicle was clipped during the crash, according to the article.
