Lake County Sheriff's Deputy Charged With Perjury
A grand jury approved three counts of felony perjury against the officer, who turned himself in Wednesday afternoon.

WAUKEGAN, IL — A Lake County Sheriff's deputy turned himself in Wednesday afternoon, the same day a grand jury approved three counts of felony perjury over his testimony in a DUI case.
Justin Hill, 28, of Kenosha, was processed and released after posting bond, according to a statement from the office of Lake County Sheriff Mark Curran.
Hill faces charges related to testimony he gave in November of last year at a hearing for a DUI statutory suspension, the sheriff's office said.
