Jesus Tavares-Lozano, 32, of the 3100 block of Galilee Ave., Zion, is accused of leaving the scene of an accident, not having insurance, criminal damage to a vehicle, disorderly conduct and was arrested on Aug. 10 in the 15400 block of Rt. 143, Wadsworth. He was given $2,000 and $1,500 recognizance bonds, and assigned a court date of Sept. 14.

- Ricardo A. Lazaro, 28, of Deerfield, is accused of having a warrant for domestic battery, and was arrested on Aug. 10 in Mundelein. His bond was set at $40,000, and he was given a court date of Aug. 21.
- Kevin A. Strauss, 36, of Unincorporated Spring Grove, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested there on Aug. 11. His bond was set at $5,000, and he was assigned a court date of Sept. 24.
- James M. Webb, 35, of Unincorporated Antioch, is accused of having a warrant for domestic battery, and new charges of possession of meth, destroying evidence, possession of drug paraphernalia, and was arrested on Aug. 11 in Ingleside. His bond was set at $75,000, and he was assigned a court date of Sept. 9.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
Michael V. Boyle, 47, of the 24200 block of Grass Lake Road, Unincorporated Antioch, is accused of disorderly conduct, and was arrested at home on Aug. 11. He was given a $1,500 recognizance bond, and a court date of Sept. 28.
DRIVING WHILE LICENSE REVOKED/SUSPENDED
- Zachary J. Schulmeister, 22, of the 36300 block of N Wesley Road, Ingleside, is accused of driving while license revoked, not having insurance, and was arrested on Aug. 11 at Wilson Road and Cooney Island, Ingleside. He was given a $2,000 recognizance bond.
- Richard Rodriguez-Orea, 32, of the 1600 block of Redwood Drive, Hanover Park, is accused of a felony count of driving while license revoked, warrant for driving while license revoked (Kane and Cook counties), and was arrested on Aug. 12 at Routes 12 and 176 in Wauconda. His bond was set at $5,000, and he was assigned a court date of Sept. 9.
- Colin I. Gist, 20, of the 37100 block of Fairview Lane, Unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of having a warrant for driving while license revoked, fleeing and eluding, and was arrested on Aug. 13 at home. He was given a $20,000 recognizance bond and a court date of Sept. 16.
- Matrinique T. Brown, 30, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested on Aug. 14 at Routes 41 and 21, Gurnee. They were given a $1,500 recognizance bond.
- Charles D. Miller, 36, of the 1300 block of 19th Street, Zion, is accused of driving while license revoked, no insurance, and was arrested on Aug. 16 at Lewis Avenue and Wadsworth Road, Beach Park. He was given a $2,000 recognizance bond.
UNLAWFUL PURCHASE OF A FIREARM
Patricia A. Kwiatkowski, 59, of the 36600 block of N Fairfield Road, Ingleside, is accused of having a warrant for unlawful purchase of a firearm, and was arrested there on Aug. 11. Her bond was set at $75,000, and she was given a court date of Sept. 3.
STREET RACING
Emilio L. Morales, 18, of the 1200 block of Grand Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of street racing, and was arrested on Aug. 13 at Sheridan and Beach roads, Beach Park. He was given a $1,500 recognizance bond.
RESISTING A PEACE OFFICER
Cameron M. Gist, 20, of the 37100 block of Fairview Lane, Unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of having a warrant for resisting a peace officer, and was arrested on Aug. 13 at his home. His bond was set at $50,000, and he was given a court date of Aug. 24.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL
- Joshua L. Herion, 40, of the 31400 block of N. Liberty road, Unincorporated Grayslake, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, resisting a peace officer, and was arrested on Aug. 13 in the 36300 block of N Rt. 41, Unincorporated Gurnee. He was given a $20,000 recognizance bond and assigned a court date of Sept. 18.
- Jeffrey J. Ponsi, 63, of the 12100 block of W 29th Street, Beach Park, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested on Aug. 14 at Green Bay and Wadsworth roads, Beach Park. He was given a $3,000 recognizance bond and assigned a court date of Dec. 16.
- Rodrigo Espinosa-Lopez, 26, of the 2400 block of Gideon Avenue, Zion, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested on Aug. 15 at Lewis Avenue and Beach Road, Beach Park. He was given a $3,000 recognizance bond and assigned a court date of Sept. 30.
- Jonathan Schaudt, 36, of the 0-100 block of Pamela Drive, Lake Zurich, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol, driving while license revoked, and was arrested on Aug. 15 in the 23300 block of Chardon Lane, Unincorporated Grayslake. He was given a $3,000 recognizance bond and assigned a court date of Sept. 9.
- Jennifer Sanchez, 23, of the 1300 block of N Whitewater Lane, Palatine, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested on Aug. 15 at Route 59 and Townline Road, Unincorporated Antioch. She was given a $3,000 recognizance bond and a court date of Oct. 7.
AGGRAVATED DOMESTIC BATTERY
Tony C. Walker, 30, of Waukegan, is accused of having a warrant for aggravated domestic battery, domestic battery (enhanced), and was arrested on Aug. 13 in Waukegan. His bond was set at $200,000, and he was assigned a court date of Aug. 24.
BATTERY
Deshe L. Taylor, 29, of the 2100 block of Williamsburg Drive, Waukegan, is accused of having a warrant for battery (Cook County), and was arrested on Aug. 13 at home. Their bond was set at $10,000 and a court date is to be determined by Cook County.
Sharon L. Motter, 77, of the 25100 block of W Lincoln Drive, Unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of battery, and was arrested on Aug. 16 at home. She was given a $1,500 recognizance bond and assigned a court date of Sept. 28.
OPERATING A WATERCRAFT UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL
Tanner R. Deacon, 23, of the 1000 block of N River Road, McHenry, is accused of operating a watercraft under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested on Aug. 13 in Grass Lake. He was given a $3,000 recognizance bond and assigned a court date of Sept. 23.
NO DRIVER'S LICENSE
- Lisa M. Stang, 34, of the 200 block of Waverly Street, Spring Grove, is accused of having a warrant for not having a driver's license (McHenry County), and was arrested on Aug. 14 in the 37100 block of N Piper Lane, Unincorporated Lake Villa. She was given a $3,000 recognizance bond and her court date is to be determined by McHenry County.
- Gerardo Flores, 19, of the 1000 block of Hillwood Circle, Round Lake Beach, is accused of not having a driver's license, and was arrested on Aug. 14 at Route 41 and Wadsworth Road, Wadsworth. He was given a $1,500 recognizance bond.
VIOLATION OF AN ORDER OF PROTECTION
- Robert M. Milroy, 64, of the 32600 block of N East Lane, Unincorporated Grayslake, is accused of violating an order of protection, and was arrested on Aug. 14 at his home. He was given a $20,000 recognizance bond and assigned a court date of Aug. 25.
- Patrick Neal, 18, of the 10100 block of W Ford Avenue, Beach Park, is accused of violating an order of protection, violation of bail bond, and was arrested on Aug. 14 in Zion. His bail was set at $25,000, and he was assigned a court date of Aug. 25.
UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE WITH INTENT TO DELIVER
Christopher B. Boulton, 41, of the 100 block of Cunningham Drive, Round Lake, is accused of having a warrant for unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, and was arrested on Aug. 14 at home. Bond was set at $75,000, and he was assigned a court date of Aug. 27.
ILLEGAL TRANSPORTATION OF CANNABIS
Manuel W. Clark, 22, of the 200 block of Green Bay Road, Waukegan, is accused of the illegal transportation of cannabis, and was arrested on Aug. 15 at Routes 41 and 137, North Chicago. He was given a $1,500 recognizance bond.
CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO PROPERTY
Sean P. McMahon, 47, of the 26100 block of N Rt. 59, Ingleside, is accused of criminal trespass to property, intoxicated pedestrian in roadway, and was arrested on Aug. 15 in the 26100 block of N Rt. 59, Ingleside. He was given a $1,500 recognizance bond and assigned a court date of Sept. 15.
AGGRAVATED SPEEDING
Jose Corral, 26, of the 0-100 block of Butterfield Road, Lake Zurich, is accused of aggravated speeding (84 miles per hour in a 45 mph zone), and was arrested on Aug. 15 at Rt. 175 and Fairfield Road, Unincorporated Wauconda. He was given a $1,500 recognizance bond.
CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
Alan G. Haisman, Jr., 53, of the 42100 block of N 4th Avenue, Unincorporated Antioch, is accused of criminal damage to property, and was arrested on Aug. 16 at 4th and A streets, Unincorporated Antioch. He was given a $1,500 recognizance bond and assigned a court date of Sept. 28.
RETAIL THEFT
Keith J. Justus, 30, of the 36800 block of Elizabeth Drive, Unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of having a warrant for retail theft, and was arrested on Aug. 16 in the 800 block of S Milwaukee Avenue, Libertyville. Bond was set at $200,000, and he was given a court date of Aug. 18.
