Wildwood Park District NEW Total Fitness Membership

The Wildwood Park District has revamped its fitness programs to offer more affordable options without the registration hassle! Classes available include Yoga, which is offered on both Mondays and Thursdays, and strength, stability and abs classes offered Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Class descriptions can be found below. All classes have supplies on hand and prefer you bring a water bottle. There are no cancellation or enrollment fees.

Unlimited Monthly Membership: attend any yoga or fitness class held Monday through Friday (5 class options per week). No limit on classes, and your credit card will be charged every 1st of the month- just like a gym membership.

Who is this for: Someone who wants unlimited access to all classes at anytime without the hassle of re-purchasing a punch card or keeping track of how many classes you come to!

Monthly Fee: Wildwood Residents- $70.00, Non-Resident- $80.00

2 Classes per Week Membership: attend up to 2 classes per week, any yoga or fitness class held Monday through Friday. Your credit card will be charged every 1st of the month- just like a gym membership. Classes missed do not roll over to subsequent weeks.

Who is this for: Someone who enjoys only attending 2 classes per week, but wants a more affordable option than the unlimited plan. This person also doesn’t want the hassle of re-purchasing a punch card once it is used up.

Monthly Fee: Wildwood Residents- $55.00, Non-Resident- $65.00

Punch Card Membership: Purchase a 10 class or 20 class punch card and attend any class any time Monday through Friday. No limit on classes and no automatic charges. Punch cards will have an expiration date.

Who is this for: Someone who wants the flexibility to come to any class, anytime, without the commitment of a monthly membership. This person does not mind re-purchasing a punch card once it is all used up!

Fee: 10 Class Punch Card (expires after 4 months)- Wildwood Residents- $75.00, Non-Residents- $85.00

20 Class Punch Card (expires after 8 months)- Wildwood Residents- $145.00, Non-Residents- $165.00

Classes available:

Monday:

Yoga from 5:45pm-6:50pm

This flow Yoga class will stretch and strengthen all areas of the body bringing in a natural energy

flow throughout. This class will concentrate on relaxing your mind to improve your health.

Modifications are offered for various levels and abilities.

Tuesday:

Total Buns and Abs from 6:30pm-7:15pm

Want to get your abdominal and lower body region into shape? This is the class for you! A 45

minute class that focuses on your abs down to your legs to define, strengthen and tone them. .

Stability Ball Conditioning from 7:15pm-8:00pm

Utilizing the stability ball for strengthening, conditioning and cardiovascular benefits this class

takes a unique and fun approach to fitness. This class will assist in balance, tone, agility and

strength for an overall fitness based 45 minutes. You will feel the benefits of this class, like no

other!

Wednesday:

Women’s Strength and Ultimate Abs from 6:30pm-7:30pm

Work your muscles in every way possible in this class designed to build strength, add definition,

increase your bone density, and decrease your body fat by increasing your lean muscle. We will also be focusing on the upper and lower abs, obliques, back muscles, muscular slings used in

functional movement, as well as the hips and glutes to develop better balance.

Thursday:

Yoga from 7:00pm-8:10pm

This flow Yoga class will stretch and strengthen all areas of the body bringing in a natural energy

flow throughout. This class will concentrate on relaxing your mind to improve your health.

Modifications are offered for various levels and abilities.
