Support Local Women Owned Small Businesses

Our mission at Closet Traders is to support other Women Owned Small Businesses. Please help us by supporting the business owners listed on our website. We will be hosting fun events in the future so please check back often! www.closettradersgl.com/shop-s...

Closet Traders is located at 136 Hawley Street in Downtown Grayslake, IL (across the street from The Freeze and next to the fire department) and online at www.closettradersgl.com. Mellysa Kaniok, the owner, is very passionate about supporting other women small business owners. "I've learned more over the last 5 years from other business owners than I did in 4 years of business school and 9 years working for a private equity firm. Running your own business is not easy but it's extremely fulfilling and the more that we can help each other along the way the better it can be" says Kaniok. Closet Traders will be hosting future networking and vendor events for local business owners. If you are a small business owner and would like to learn more, contact Mellysa at closettraders@yahoo.com or visit www.closettradersgl.com.

Let's band together as a community and make a point to support small business owners. It helps our local economy, creates jobs, and allows women to not only run businesses but do so with the flexibility to raise their families as well. These days many people prefer to shop online, small business owners understand this and have adapted their business models to satisfy these customers. You don't have to shop with the big guys to enjoy online shopping. Next time you need something, stop and think if there is a small business owner you can support. #shopsmall
