GRAYSLAKE, Ill. – On Monday, state Rep. Sam Yingling announced that he will host another one of his “Coffee Shop Stops” in January, and he encourages area residents to join him for a free cup of coffee and informal conversation about state and local topics.
“I invite people throughout the 62nd District to help me ring in the new year by joining me at my first coffee shop stop of 2016,” Yingling said. “These sorts of relaxed, informal events are one of several ways I make myself open and available to taxpayers, and I always encourage people to come out and share their thoughts and ideas about the issues that matter to them.”
Yingling will be back at Panera Bread’s Conference Room on Saturday, January 9 from 11 a.m. until noon. Panera is located at 254 E. Rollins Rd. in Round Lake Beach. Constituents are invited to join Yingling for a complimentary cup of coffee and conversation about state and local issues. In addition to hosting events like “Coffee Shop Stops,” Yingling remains committed to putting on several other helpful outreach events throughout the New Year.
“This particular event is a great way for constituents to come out and learn some more about the new laws that went to effect in 2016,” Yingling said. “It’s also a great opportunity for people to express their ideas for new laws and policies they wish to see implemented.”
The 62nd District includes parts of or all of Grayslake, Gurnee, Hainesville, Round Lake Communities, and Wauconda. For more information on this topic, please contact Yingling’s constituent service office at (847) 231 6262.
