GRAYSLAKE, Ill. – State Rep. Sam Yingling, D-Grayslake recently met with representatives from the Gurnee Park District in his full- time constituent service office to discuss the ways the state can help support local parks and the Go Gurnee walking initiative.

“We are fortunate to have some of the most beautiful land and parks in the state right here in Lake County,” Yingling said. “It is important that we all work together to maximize their full potential in an environmentally responsible way and continue to support the affordable, healthy family oriented programming our local park districts provide.”
