Yingling Meets with Local Business Leaders
Yingling Talks about Economic Development and Pro Business Reforms

ROUND LAKE BEACH, Ill. – State Rep. Sam Yingling, D-Grayslake, met with representatives from local chambers of commerce on Tuesday to talk about ways to grow the economy in the region and recent pro-economic growth reforms taken up by the legislature.
“As someone raised in a family of small business owners, I greatly value input from local business leaders year round, especially at economic development round tables like this,” Yingling said. “The conversations we had about issues like tax relief, workers’ compensation reform, better incentives to local small businesses and so much more are all relevant to building a better economy that works for the middle class and supports job growth here in our own communities.”
Yingling met with local chamber of commerce leaders at the Round Lake Park District to discuss bold economic reforms that help grow the economy and lift up the middle class. Yingling’s reforms reinstate tax credits for employers that create jobs in Illinois and ban taxpayer-funded deals for business that ship jobs out of state.
