ROUND LAKE BEACH, Ill. – Over 50 residents of Grayslake’s retirement community Carillon North, joined state Rep. Sam Yingling, D-Grayslake, for a meeting about property tax issues Wednesday.

“The issue of over taxation is deeply concerning to me and to a majority of people I speak with on a daily basis,” Yingling said. “As a lawmaker and staunch opponent of tax increases on hard-working families and seniors, it is very important to me that I meet with residents who are negatively impacted by reckless taxing bodies and include feedback from communities such as Carillon North in my tax reform initiatives.”
