4 Charged With DUI, 3 Without Valid Licenses, 1 In Crash: Blotter
Highland Park Police Blotter: April 16 - April 22

HIGHLAND PARK, IL — The following information comes from the Highland Park Police Department as a record of incidents reported to the police and of those arrested by police. Readers are reminded than an arrest is not an indication of guilt, and criminal charges, which are often dropped or reduced, represent merely accusations by the state. All persons named are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
INCIDENTS
THEFT
A patron at a business in the 700 block of Central Avenue Someone reported that prior to 11:15 a.m. on April 16 someone had stolen credit cards and cash out of a fitness locker.

ARRESTS
Francisco Ramirez, 48, of the 2600 block of Newland Avenue in Chicago, was arrested at 6 p.m. on April 17 and charged with driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license following a traffic stop in the 2000 block of Skokie Valley Road for a "driving complaint."

Emmanuel Bouzi, Jr., 26, of the 800 block of Florence Street in Evanston, was arrested at 11:54 p.m. on April 19 and charged with driving under the influence and driving without a valid license following a traffic stop in the 1300 block of Half Day Road. He was also ticketed for improper lane usage and speeding.
Enny Castillo-Daza, 24, of the 200 block of Central Avenue in Highland Park, was arrested at 2:31 a.m. on April 20 and charged with driving under the influence and driving without a valid license. She was also cited for speeding and operating a motor vehicle without proper insurance following a traffic stop in the 1800 block of Deerfield Road.
Javier Guzman, 45, of the 700 block of Deerfield Road in Highland Park, was arrested at 5:48 p.m. on April 20 and charged with driving under the influence after cops were called to a report of a one-car accident in the 2200 block of Egandale Road. He was also ticketed for illegal transportation of alcohol and improper lane usage.
Abimael Noyola, 26, of the 200 block of Sard Place in Highwood, was arrested around 3 a.m. on April 22 and charged with disorderly conduct after police were called to a report of a dispute near the intersection of Auburn and Arlington Avenues.
