Burglaries At Highland Park Home, Trailer, Locker Room: Blotter
A Grayslake man and a Kansas women were charged with DUI on the Highland Park police blotter from June 3 to June 9.

HIGHLAND PARK, IL — The following information comes from the Highland Park and Highwood police departments and public records as a record of incidents reported to the police and of those arrested by police. Criminal charges represent accusations by the state that are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Lake County Clerk of the Circuit Court. Everyone arrested is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law beyond a reasonable doubt.

- Someone stole mechanical equipment from an unlocked work trailer in the 400 block of Dell Lane sometime prior to 3:15 p.m. on June 4. No suspects have been identified.
- Someone stole cash and credit cards from within a locked locker at a business in the 100 block of Skokie Valley Road at some point prior to 5:35 p.m. on June 9.
HOME BURGLARY
A resident in the 1700 block of Second Street reported around 2:15 p.m. on June 7 that someone had broken into a home. There were no items reported stolen.
VANDALISM

- Someone defaced the side of a building in the 1800 block of Deerfield Road with graffiti sometime prior to 6:36 p.m. on June 4.
- Someone defaced a walking path in the 2700 block of Trail Way at some point prior to 7:30 a.m. on June 7. No suspects in either incident had been identified at the time of the reports.
ARRESTS
Hermilo Ramirez-Aguilar, 45, of Elm Avenue in Highwood, was arrested around noon on May 29 and charged with domestic battery in connection with an incident that occurred around 10 p.m. the prior night.
Kelly Bacon, 36, of the 14000 block of Basswood Lane in Manhattan, Kansas, was arrested at 12:07 a.m. on June 8 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol following a traffic stop in the 1900 block of Skokie Valley Road.
Jamie Ciesco, 40, of the 17000 block of West Woodland Drive, Grayslake, was arrested at 3:23 a.m. on June 9 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.08 or greater following a traffic stop at the intersection of Wade Street and Beech Street. He was also issued citations for improper lane usage and improper turning.
A 42-year-old Highland Park man was arrested around 7:30 p.m. on June 7 and charged with speeding more than 35 mph above the limit after he was pulled over in the 1500 block of Park Avenue West.
Andres Zamora, 24, of the 5500 block of North Winthrop, North Chicago, was arrested at 9:07 a.m. on June 8 and charged with obstructing identification, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with no valid license. He was also cited for operating an uninsured vehicle and speeding between 26 and 34 mph above the limit.
A 47-year-old Highwood man was arrested at 10:53 p.m. on June 8 and charged with driving with a revoked license following a traffic stop at the intersection of Green Bay Road and Bloom Street. He was also issued a citation for disobeying a traffic control device.
