Driver Charged With DUI After Accident: Cops

The following information is from the Highland Park Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

ASSAULT and BATTERY

Fernando Mendoza, 31, of the 1000 block of Central Avenue, was arrested and charged with assault and battery after a May 22 incident in the 2000 block of Skokie Valley Road. 

Mendoza's court date is June 22.

DUI

Victor M. Gonzalez-Carrillo, 51, of the 2700 block of Lauretta Place, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, driving without insurance, driving with a suspended driver’s license and leaving the scene of an accident after a May 22 crash in the 1800 block of Second Street. 

Gonzalez-Carrillo's court date is June 17.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT 

Griffin M. Condon, 29, of the 1200 block of Forest Avenue, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct after a May 22 incident in the 1200 block of Forest Avenue. 

Condon's court date is June 10.
