Edens Speeder Had Weed, Booze: Cops

The following information is from the Highland Park Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Joshua D. Borman, 28, Gurnee was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct after police responded to a complaint in the 300 block of Skokie Valley Road at 5:28 p.m. on Dec. 28.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Quentin B. McKinney, 45, Waukegan was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, open alcohol transportation, possession of cannabis, speeding 30 mph over the speed limit and improper lane usage after police conducted a traffic stop near the Edens Expressway and County Line Road at 2:38 a.m. on Jan. 1.

Sergiu D. Arsenie, 25, Chicago was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and negligent driving after police responded to a motor vehicle crash in the 1200 block of Skokie Valley Road at 9:58 a.m. on Jan. 8.

DRIVING WHILE SUSPENDED

Alvin A. Arroyo, 45, Mount Prospect was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended driver’s license and use of a handheld wireless device with driving after police conducted a traffic stop in the 1100 block of Central Avenue at 10:57 a.m. on Jan. 2.

Elizabeth G. Espinoza, 28, Evanston was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended driver’s license and disobeying a traffic signal after police conducted a traffic stop on the 2500 block of Skokie Valley Road at 12:49 a.m. on Jan. 3.

Lacisha McClendon-Manuel, 37, Round Lake was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended driver’s license and speeding after police conducted a traffic stop on the 1900 block of Skokie Valley Road on Jan. 3.

Carmen L. Jackson, 34, North Chicago was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended driver’s license and speeding after police conducted a traffic stop on the 1900 block of Skokie Valley Road at 3:18 p.m. on Jan. 4.

Irvin Bacilio-Acosta, 20, Round Lake Beach was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended driver’s license after police conducted a traffic stop in the 600 block of Skokie Valley Road at 8:14 p.m. on Jan. 5.

NO VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE

Anel Delgado-Acosta, 40, Waukegan was arrested and charged with driving with no valid driver’s license and negligent driving after police responded to a traffic accident near the intersection of Skokie Valley Road and Park Avenue West at 6:06 a.m. on Jan. 1.

BURGLARY TO MOTOR VEHICLE

On Jan. 6, it was reported cash was stolen from a vehicle by unknown suspect(s) between the hours of 6:15 a.m. and 7 a.m. in the 900 block of Deerfield Road.
