Adam considers all sides of matters coming before the Plan and Design Commission, including not only whether a successful project would benefit our community, but also its impact on the neighbors and on future projects. He takes into account issues of sustainability, cultural diversity and our limited City resources.
The Commission has benefited greatly from Adam’s substantial property management experience, just as the City Council will. His professionalism and sound judgment is valued by the entire Commission, which counted on his leadership during his years as our Chair when significant issues affecting schools, downtown and the lakefront were all front and center.

Adam’s deep knowledge of City government and its tax base, together with his fair-minded sensitivity to environmental concerns and affordable housing, framed his balanced approach to community issues.
Importantly, Adam insists on securing all necessary information to make the most well-informed decision possible. An exceptionally talented and qualified candidate for City Council, Adam will continue protecting the interests of Highland Park, and will prove a tenacious advocate for all of us.
